According to South Korean online publication Chosun, Terraform Labs CEO Do Kwon, who has been convicted of providing false information to investors, is currently living in Serbia and is reportedly pursuing claims by the Ministry of Justice in South Korea’s capital Seoul. The Serbian government’s help is being sought in the investigation, while officials are also raising the possibility that Kwon is being assisted by someone in Arabia.
The latest revelation of Kwon’s whereabouts comes just months after reports that he was in Singapore were dismissed by the Singapore Police Force following those reports, which prompted the Korean National Police Agency (KNPA). Kwon Jogi has promised to assist “regarding domestic law and international obligations” and has been very active on Twitter. He has previously denied reports that he is participating but a South Korean court has ordered his arrest. That didn’t stop the global law enforcement body from issuing a warrant and a red notice to the global law enforcement body seeking to locate and provisionally arrest that person for extradition and surrender or legal proceedings of the like. Meanwhile, in a Twitter feed dated December 7th, Kwon suggested that an attack by Alameda Research may have ultimately led to the collapse of the stablecoin UST, and all because of it.
I think it’s time for Genesis Training to reveal that it provided $1 billion UST to former CEO of FTX or Alameda’s crash a while ago that arose to participate in the TERRA buyout from LFG. Was shown as second. Of course he was also asked why Almeida borrowed bitcoins from Voyager which he said coincided with “depeg dates” and after arguing the case against the former CEO ended by saying Whatever has been done in the dark will surely come to light.
