New York Attorney General Sues Crypto Exchange Coinex – Claims Trading Platform Offers Unregistered Securities

Cryptocurrency exchange Coinex has been sued by New York Attorney General Letitia James for “failing to register as a securities and commodities broker-dealer and falsely representing itself as a cryptocurrency exchange”.
